The Reserve at Cottonwood Creek

The Reserve at Cottonwood Creek was thoughtfully designed to preserve the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding landscape, creating a community where nature, recreation, and mountain living exist in harmony. Winding throughout the neighborhood are over five miles of scenic trails, peaceful creek corridors, protected wetlands, and four sustainably designed trout ponds that enhance both the setting and the wildlife habitat.

Centered around a full mile of Cottonwood Creek and connected by Spring Creek, the community offers residents year-round access to soothing water views, open space, and abundant outdoor recreation. Nearly one-third of the 100-acre community has been permanently preserved as a nature sanctuary, protecting the area’s wooded landscape, native wildlife, and the natural beauty that makes this part of Buena Vista so extraordinary.
